We had a good time here overall. The place has a nice vibe, felt safe, and the staff/atmosphere seemed friendly. My kids found plenty to do and were happy the whole time. The only thing is the noise when it gets busy... it can be a lot?? Not a dealbreaker at all, but if you're hoping for a calmer or quieter visit, maybe go at a less crowded time.

I had to cancel a booking, and the refund process tested my patience way more than it should have. I emailed, waited around like I had nothing better to do, and then still had to follow up before anyone gave me a clear answer.
They did get back to me eventually, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster, but the whole thing felt slow and disorganized. I really don’t love being forced to stay patient just to get my own money back

My kid did have a good time playing the games, so I’m not saying the whole place was bad. But the prize redemption part was disappointing. The number of points needed for even the tiny prizes felt way too high, and a lot of the prizes either looked really cheap or were out of stock. The staff did help us, to be fair, but they seemed rushed and like they just wanted to move the line along. I get that arcade prizes aren’t supposed to be amazing, but after my kid saved up tickets, it was hard watching them leave upset.

We booked my kid’s birthday party here, it was a mess. A mess. The staff didn’t seem to know what was supposed to be included, the food came out late, and we had to keep asking for help over and over. It just felt really unorganized from start to finish. For what we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

We had a group of kids there over the weekend, and between getting everyone settled, shoes on, and trying to keep track of drinks, it was a easy setup. The kids were running around having a great time, which is always the main thing for me. The food did take a little longer to come out than I expected, so there was a bit of waiting around, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, for the price, the party package felt like a good deal.

I had a good feeling about this place when we arrived, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. The kids had so many different things to do that they never once got bored. It made the whole day way easier and more fun for everyone...

The waiver didn’t take long at all, and check-in was smooth overall. It was a simple, hassle-free experience, and I’d definitely come back again.

Customer service was frustrating. I reached out because I needed help, but it took way too long to get a response (like, I wasn’t expecting instant replies, but still). When they finally did get back to me, the answer didn’t really address what I was asking.

I understand places get busy, but even a quick update would’ve helped. Instead, I just felt kind of ignored and left waiting around (which gets old fast). Overall, not a great experience.

I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but the place just felt good and safe. The staff seemed to be paying attention to the kids the whole time, which made me feel a lot better.

Took my kids to Luv 2 Play and one thing I really appreciated was that the restrooms were actually clean. No weird smell, the soap was filled, and the floors looked decent. I know that sounds like a boring thing to notice, but when you have kids, it makes a big difference. Also, side note, I swear my kids somehow need the bathroom the second we get anywhere, even if we just went five minutes before leaving the house. Anyway, it was nice not having to cringe walking in there...

I took my kids here and they did have some fun, so it wasn’t a total miss. But the place felt way smaller than I expected, and the layout was awkward. You’re constantly squeezing past people just to get from one area to another, and once it got busy, it became hard to keep track of both kids. It kind of felt like they didn’t plan the space well, but then somehow it was my problem to deal with the crowding and confusion. Not the worst place ever, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to go back.

Took my kids here and they were excited at first. Fun. But after walking around, I noticed some of the play equipment looked worn down. A few things felt loose or just weren’t working right, and the ball area looked like it needed a good cleaning. Yikes. The staff was nice enough, so no issue there, but the whole place just didn’t feel very well maintained. For what we paid, I expected it to be in better shape.

We’ve been to Luv2play a few times mostly because it’s just easy for us to get to. The location is convenient, parking was fine, and it’s close enough to other stuff we usually need to do anyway. It’s not some amazing, over-the-top place, but it works when you need a quick kid outing. That part was kind of what made it worth it for us...

Took my kids to Luv 2 Play and they had a blast. There was a lot for them to run around and do, and the place seemed clean, at least enough that I wasn’t worried about it. They kept bouncing from one thing to another, which was nice because nobody got bored.

The main thing is the crowd. We went on a weekend once and wow, it got packed fast. It was loud, kids everywhere, and I kept doing that parent scan every few seconds trying to make sure I knew where mine were. It’s fun, but also a little chaotic when it’s that busy.
We tried a weekday afternoon another time and it was so much better. Way calmer, easier to relax a bit, and the kids still had just as much fun. I’d go back for sure, but I’d probably avoid the peak weekend times if I can...

I brought my kids here and they definitely had a good time. To be fair, it’s probably meant more for quick snacks and kid-friendly food, but I was a little disappointed with the menu. There weren’t a ton of options beyond the basics, and I was hoping there’d be a few more choices for adults. It works if you just need something small to hold you over, but I wouldn’t count on it if you’re actually hungry.

The toddler area felt wild for little ones. It was just too hectic, and I didn’t feel super comfortable letting my toddler play there for long

My kids had a really fun time and didn’t want to leave, I just thought some parts of the place looked a little messy. It was still fine for a quick afternoon out.
